Today’s world can be incredibly challenging to navigate; war, abuse, neglect, poverty, violence, loss, and more seem to touch the majority of people in some way or another. Since trauma is a part of the human experience, it is time we talk about it in our spiritual communities. How can we be a part of the solution, working together to  heal individually and collectively? ❤️
